iReady data
Ask your child's teacher to send a snapshot of their child's iReady data.

Communicate YOUR concerns
Please include all areas of concern on your intake form. Reach out to your child's teacher and ask them as well.

Work Samples
Bring some scored/graded work to the first session so I can see areas of need and improvement.
Feel free to also bring any school work that needs to be finished as well!

What to bring
Please bring an empty composition notebook and a small pencil pouch with a pencil and eraser! I will have any other materials we need.
